Joanna RAJKOWSKA

INTRODUCTION

Avant-garde for Insects

This film was made during the pandemic that impact on the entire world. The letter addressed to a bee is read out loud, as if it were a trace in a bottle left for posterity. A dystopia is envisioned, and works of modern art are hung on the walls of an old dollhouse. It pays homage to the avant-garde, and I can feel the author's strong message of reflection on human civilization and empathy for other species.
